Fraud.WindowsProtectionSuite & Microsoft.Windows.RedirectedHosts (20

The following malware shows up during scan and cannot be removed by Spybot.
Please advise how I can remove these threats.

Fraud.WindowsProtectionSuite

and

Microsoft.Windows.RedirectedHosts

When attempting to Fix Selected Problems, the following pop-up error in Spybot was displayed for each of these 216 entries:

"Unexpected error in fixing problems (Cannot create file "C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc\hosts". Access is denied)"
