Hola a todos. Soy nueva y tengo problemas. Tengo un portátil ACER Aspire 5920 G, instale antivirus Kapersky 9.0.0 459 y no me permite quitarlo.
He visto en el foro el problema de Coleton (06/12/2010) y he intentado descargar DDS utilities installer para después descargar Malwarebytes (como aconsejo La vida es útil a Coleton) pero no me deja descargarlo, dice :Internet Exp. no puede abrir este sitio, no esta disponible o no se encuentra. Inténtelo de nuevo. Por favor ,les quedaría muy agradecida si me pudiesen ayudar. Saludos.
