Getting "Microsoft Windows Security Center disabled", what should I do?

I have run spybot and removed this several times, but it must have some sort of re-install program. If it is something I should be concerned, I'd appreciate help getting rid of it.

Do you happen to have Norton installed? It replaces Windows Security Center with its own one. So, if you have Norton installed there's no need to worry about that finding. :)

I have a networked work computer and we have Symantec Anti Virus running. With Norton & Symantec made by same Co., is there a difference? Just an FYI, I picked up a Virtumonde infection a couple months back, but has been cleared up and all appears to be working. When I run Spybot weekly, I of course get this reoccurring notice.

Yes, it's the same thing with Symantec Anti Virus. Having that finding is ok in your case :)
