Getting rid of Command Service

I came back from camping one weekend and found that my brother had used my computer for watching porno, and left a nasty trail of infections behind him. I managed to get rid of SurfSideKick 3, but it came bundled with Command Service and Network Monitor, I think it's called? But anyway, I'd really appreciate it if somebody could help me in getting rid of command service? thank you
