getting spybotsd152 to install

I am trying to get rid of some garbage spyware on my computer and what ever has taken control of my notebook won't let onto to spybot.com. I downloaded the software on another notebook, copied it to a disc and can't get the disc to run in windows. I now have a command prompt that reads"c:\Documents and settings\Michael Brodnax>

How do I get to run the spybot from here?

I assume that you have a copy of spybotsd152.exe installation program downloaded from one of the sites listed here:

There are two additional files that are need to complete the installation. The downloads for both are located here:

The downloads are:

1. Detection updates 2008-06-04 - product description
   md5: 29809966DE7EA6BC827FDDDA18A53AD8
   
   This updates the detection rules. Only needed if you do not want to use the update function integrated into Spybot-S&D.

2. Anti rootkit plugins 1.0 - product description
   md5: EE7278BC89D4557CFD7127EACC37EE70
   Supported only for version 1.5.2 or above!
   
   This adds improved capabilities to find rootkits. Only needed if you do not want to use the update function integrated into Spybot-S&D.
   
   The direct download link is:

To copy the CD from a command prompt use the DOS Copy command:

• copy source desination

If the CD only contains those three files you can use a wild card to copy all three files at once:

• copy d:\*.* c:\whereever you what the file to

If the files are not the only files on the CD then:

• copy d:\spybotsd152.exe c:\whereever you what the file
• copy d:\spybotsd_includes.exe c:\whereever you what the file
• copy d:\spybotsd_plugins.exe c:\whereever you what the file

Note: If either the source or the destination contains spaces it must be inclosed in quotes:

• copy d:\spybotsd_plugins.exe "c:\whereever you what the file"

After the files have been copied to your C: drive:

• Execute the installation program spybotsd152.exe skipping the updates during the installation as outlined in post #5 of this thread:

• When the installation completes execute spybotsd_includes.exe to update the detection rules.
• Install the anti-rootkit plugins by executing spybotsd_plugins.exe
