Need help with google redirect malware, tried running aswMBR and attached log but now what? By the way, is Microsoft Security Essentials real? Or is it malware?

First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide DDS logs, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
