Google Search Error

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but...

When search on the google search toolbar, the link to whatever site i am trying to get onto re-directs me to another site (usually another search engine site)

Can someone please help

We have Windows XP (home edition)
Norton
Spybot


Tried searching on Google and Yahoo, and when clicking the link it sends me to another search site.
