Have installed spybot but still getting pop ups ????

Installed spybot last week and after scan message said that some malware could not be removed try re- scan which i did. Still did not remove. I am having pop ups all over the place that appear to mimic the site that i am opening. i.e hello, bbc would like you to take short survey etc.....

Please help. Ps not great with computers :O

Which version of Spybot do you have and did you elevate Administrator permissions?

How can I get administrator rights under Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8?
