Help! Can't remove Internethelper 3.1

I am having a horrible time trying to remove the internethelper 3.1 toolbar! Tried to do it in the uninstall in the control panel but while it looked like it was removed, well, it wasn't. How do I get rid of this? Please help

In order for someone to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.
