Help- how to get rid of these?

Ever since I reinstalled my Microsoft Program I have been getting all kinds of problems with my computer.:sad:

How do I get rid of the following dialogue boxes: Visit www.Registry CleanerXP.com IMMEDIATELY! and www.regfixit.com. My virus cleaner doesn't indicate that I have a virus.
