Help, installing Spybot, whats TeaTimer and SDHelper???

What are TeaTimer and SDHelper?

i am just installing Spybot and i dont know what they are? and what they do? should i use them and do you use them?

help would be appreciated

If you not install these features during the installation of Spybot, both features can be activated after the installation. The help facility with Spybot explains more about both features.
