help me please

I am new here so be patient with me. Every time I run SpyBot it detects TAGASAURUS & BLUESTREAK . It delets them but they come right back. Can I delete without buying software to do this, and without going into registry.
Oh, also 207 what is this ??????

Could you do this?:

Produce a short log (showing items flagged)
Open SpyBot.
Check for problems.
When finished, right click and choose copy results (not the full report) to clipboard and post that into topic.
