help me please

i can't get ie or firefox to load photobucket.com. i have deleted my cookies, changed my settings, run my sbybot and anti virus and nothing is working. is there anyone who has any idea or guess as to where i could go from here?

Please enlarge on "nothing is working". More details might be helpful. ;)

Also what is your operating System and version of Spybot-S&D? Open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About.
 
i have tried turning off my firewall, i have adjusted my internet options to allow more cookies, i have run both my virus scan and my spyware removal and came up with nothing. i know that it is only my computer because it is wireless and i have another wireless and it works fine. so i know it is not the router. i have uninstalled java and reinstalled the latest version and it is still not working. =(
