help me please!!!!!

I have this nasty Trojan virus (win32.buzus.amit). I've tired everything from spybot to malwarebytes' and noting has worked. this Trojan virus is on my external hard drive(e but not on my computers hard drive(c and it's on another computer. does anyone know how to remove this virus from theses computers?:thanks:
