Help! Need to remove Internet Antivirus Pro!

I'm not computer savvy. I tried to delete all the files manually and used Spybot. (before that I downloaded Microsoft Defender) I think I got most of the files but there is a one big one in Program files that will not remove. (error boxes say it is in use or in memory; thus can't delete)

HOW DO I REMOVE THIS THING?
