Help needed, I'm absolutely clueless!!

Hi there guys,

I have absolutely no idea about computers and have discovered to my horror that my computer has been infected with various problems:

virtumonde.dllm virtumonde, win32.agent.frl, win32.rungbu.a, stat counter and webtrendslive!

How on earth does one remove these parasites?!!
