Help ! pipas.A

Can anyone help I have pipas.A trojan and have attempted to remove this trojan but spybot just runs slow and keeps finding it. I know it hides in the startup and re-installs on boot up. I'm running Windows 2K and it sometimes stops running on boot up on explorer startup !
