Help please, logs are too large

My computer has been acting fishy, I ran both KASPERSKY and HJT but the files are too big to paste, please advise as I think I have loggers and/or hackers on my computer. I also get a strange noise from my computer at times, as if the computer is forcing itself to run. weird. Right now it is quite and it does not happen often but when it does it is very noticeable.
