help please!!!

hey i scanned my pc 2day using spybot to rid it of spyware. It found a number of items but i have no idea which ones to delete or not as i know that deleting some items can harm your machine. Any suggestions???


the list is...

- AzeSearch
- DyFuCa.internetoptimiser
- DyFuCa
- EffectiveBandToolbar
- ISearchTech.powerscan
- ISearchTech.YSB
- PSGaurd
- Smitfraud-C.
- Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify
- Windows Security Center.FirewallDisableNotify

Which of these are safe to delete and which are not??? Also how will i effectively delete them???
