Help Please!

I am looking for someones help with some problems. Every time I run a scan the same things come up. I am wondering how I actually fix these problems? I do have the logs from the scans if that helps? I am no computer wiz by any means and would greatly appreciate the help.

After the scan is completed you should see the results and a check mark in front of each item. Then in the lower right hand corner there should be a button that says "Fix Selected". Press that and then the checks will turn green and you're done. Occasionally, for some reason, I notice that my Fix Selected button is blocked by the Taskbar. Not sure if it is hidden from you.
