Lets get some more tools.

1) Please download exeHelper to your desktop.

http://www.raktor.net/exeHelper/exeHelper.com


Double-click on exeHelper.com to run the fix.
A black window should pop up, press any key to close once the fix is completed.
Post the contents of log.txt (Will be created in the directory where you ran exeHelper.com)
Note: If the window shows a message that says "Error deleting file", please re-run the program before posting a log - and post the two logs together (they will both be in the one file).

2) Please download: RootRepeal

Click the icon on your desktop to start.
Click on the Report tab at the bottom of the window
Next, Click on the Scan button
In the Select Scan Window check everything:

Drivers
Files
Processes
SSDT
Stealth Objects
Hidden Services

Click the OK button
In the next dialog window select all the drives that are listed
Click OK to start the scan

May take some time to complete.
When done click the Save Report button.
Save the report to your desktop
To Exit RootRepeal: click File>Exit
Post the report in your reply
 
yesterday i downloaded microsoft security essentials and it worked and made a run and i found 58 viruses and i cleaned them............... is that fine and enough?....... there is another problem that when i press ctrl+alt+del it give me a message that "the task manager has been disabelled by adminstrator"........
 
Check malwarebytes for updates first then do a complete scan with it. It should repair that. Malware can disable ctrl-alt-delete.

I dont know how long you have been without a antivirus but it wouldnt hurt to run security essentials for another pass.

ok we will use hjt and delete a file;

start HJT, click the "Scan" button. check the items below, close any open windows, then click "Fixed checked"

Next; using explorer (right click on start) find and delete;

if you dont see the files in the folder then do this to show them:

on the desktop double click my computer,go to tools>folder options>view> then select "show hidden files and folders", then UNcheck "hide protected operating system files " also UNcheck "hide extensions for known file types" click apply to all folders, apply then ok

After the above: reboot machine, rescan and post a new hjt log. check Malwarebytes for updates and do a scan with it and post the log please.

Please download OTCleanIt and save it to desktop.

Double-click OTC.exe.
Click the CleanUp! button.
Select Yes when the "Begin cleanup Process?" prompt appears.
If you are prompted to Reboot during the cleanup, select Yes.
The tool will delete itself once it finishes, if not delete it by yourself.

You can delete the RootRepeal icon form your desktop.
Always check Malwarebytes for updates before doing a scan with it.

One last thing you can do is make a new restore point. the how and the why:

One of the features of Windows XP,Vista and Windows7 is the System Restore option, however if malware infects a computer it is possible that the malware could be backed up in the System Restore archive. Therefore, clearing the restore points is a good idea after malware is removed and your computer appears to be functioning ok.

To reset your restore points, please note that you will need to log into your computer with an account which has full administrator access. You will know if the account has administrator access because you will be able to see the System Restore tab. If the tab is missing, you are logged in under a limited account.

1. Turn off System Restore. (deletes old possibly infected restore point)
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

2. Reboot.

3. Turn ON System Restore.(creates a new restore points on a clean system)
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK, then reboot

8) Install and understand the *limitations* of a software firewall.

10) Warez, cracks etc are very popular for carrying all kinds of malware payloads. Using them will cause you all kinds of problems. If you download/install files via p2p networks then you are also much more likely to encounter malicious code. Do you really trust the source of the file? Do you really need another malware source?
