Hi can any one help?
I'm new on here and have a new PC with Win 8.1 installed & Spybot search & Destroy 2.4. Free Version
I have a couple of problems.
1. When I try to action a system scan none of the Options such as, Start a scan, pause a scan, stop a scan, Fix selected & Save a scan log are showing as being available.
They are highlighted In a grey color
The only Options that are shown as being available are: Show previous logs, and Help, which are highlighted in blue.
2. I'm also being told there are missing signatures which includes\Trojans.sbi
when I update the following is displayed:
00:00.028] [.] Trying to retrieve update info file from http://updates1.safer-networking.org/spybotsd2.uid...
[00:00.028] [-] Did not retrieved update info file (attempt 3 of 3).
[00:00.030] [.] Info file part done.
[00:00.030] [+] The antispyware signatures are up to date.
[00:00.030]
I would appreciate anyone's help
