Help w/removing downloader.zlob.uz see attached/ hjk file

Hello,

I am having problems removing downloader.zlob.uz from my computer. It changes my home page to hxxp://www.sysprotectionpage.com and I get pop ups about my computer being infected. I have tried just about everything, I even downloaded smitfraudfix, something I saw in another post. I just need someone who I can trust to get assistance from so I can get back to work. Thanks
