Last night a dialogue box or chat box appeared on my laptop and someone started IM with me. Says he's been watching me and wants money. I've run anti virus and a rootkit but don't know what to do. Can anyone help? I don't know how to attach the rootkit report because I am using my smartphone. Thank you

First see that forum's FAQ which includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
