help with virtumonde... please!

I have recently downloaded sb s+d after starting to get warnings from my avast antivirus about a trojan.

when I run spybot I get tons of messages saying an exe file is trying to execute (uoygyfvp.exe) and it is identified as virtumonde.ddc.

Pease could someone help me scan my system and make sure it's clean, thanks a lot guys.
