Help with WindowsProtectionSuite removal

XP system infected with WindowsProtectionRemoval malware. Latest Spybot detects but cannot remove. Cannot open Zonealarm, Symantec antivirus. Just downloaded and installed Spyware Doctor, but also cannot open this.

I have modest skills in finding hidden files, registry editing, etc. and need stepwise help.
