hello guys and girls can anyone please please help me ? i am a 37 yr old computer dumb dumb living in london . i have picked up a virus called antivirus360 and words like trogan and paypal hacker keep poping up on my screen also my computer keep performing a memory dump and restarting itself . i would be so grateful for any advise anyone could give me as to what to do, try and or any websites that could help me many many thanks

What is the operating system and do you have Spybot-S&D installed?

If so open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About which will give version and date of last definitions.
