Help!

Please can somebody help me! My computer is riddled with viruses and I cant make any progress in cleaning it up. The situation now is that cpu processes are at 100% and the machine is running so slowly I cant actually do anything on it. (I'm typing this on another machine). I used spy bot yesterday and that seemed to make it a bit better but today has seen me spend 4 hours trying to run scans etc.
Please can anyone give me some advice? :eek:
