hi, i tryed the DDS but it won`t work. now i dont know the english word but when i open "eingabeauforderung" as admin and enter netstat i get a endless list of prozesses and i goes on for like 5 minutes loading.

now i dont know any further i reinstalled my Vista und now i installed Windows 7. i did not detect anything with no matter wich antivirusprogramm i used. pls let me know wich further steps i should take and wich information is relevant for you to help me out.
 
well its me again with more information. wenn i try the dds after it not working it wants to send microsoft following msg :

well my main problem is all aplications with internet either they stop loading after some time (youtube for example) or i have DC or Lag( Onlinegames) sometimes it takes for ages to load a page and i reclick it and it pops up almost instantly. now maybe this could help solving my problem:

well its not finished yet and im not sure if i should post the whole thing..but this is what happend in like 5 minutes and all i did was send 2 msg on skype and received 2.
