hidden applications?

When I watch the spybot run its bot check I see it go through applications that I didn't know I had on my computer and I can't seem to find on my computer. A lot the names sound like porn applications. How can I access all this crap and get rid of it?

a list of threats spybot detects. you are seeing at the bottom when the scan is running, those are the "bad things" spybot is looking for on your system.
