HJT Virtuemonde a real problem

Hi,
I have run S&D and have virtuemonde showing.
McAfee comes up with nothing,
Adawre cleaned other problems up.
Malicious software didn't seem to do anything
Auto updates are not accessible.
I am unable to boot in safe mode.
Display settings only has 3 tabs
