Home edition question

Hello,
I currently have Spybot free 1.6.2 I want to go to Home edition paid. I am confused about SD Resident (teatimer). Is it included in the Home edition? Is Live Protection the same as SD Resident? I think SD Resident is very valuable, I have 203,535 processes blacklisted. Also, is HOSTS still maintained via immunize?

I have a question about the free version

I installed S&B 2 days ago scanned my computer the 1st time and it found 37 cookies, and I got rid of them.... Then scanned again just to ensure that I was all clean after initial scan. When I scanned again and showed report it showed scan finished 1 results. I look into the review page and nothing is showing up? This has me worried... Can anyone help please!!!!
