Hostman and "redirected host" found

if you have Hostman installed, and you run spybot and you get a couple of items found, redirected hosts... and the hosts are defined in Hostman.. is it still a problem?

I had this happen, and wasn't sure what to do...

the following items get flagged as host redirects if the HP hosts file is added since they get redirected to the local host i.e. getting blocked:
- www .experts-exchange.com
- experts-exchange.com
- www .ask.com
- ask.com

All other hosts files available through hostman do not block these sites.
There is currently no reason to block Ask.com , it is a search engine like google and yahoo. There had been issues in the past when it was still Askjeeves. Experts-exchange is an online community around computer issues.
The site is not considered malicious by most, hence blocking the site does not appear to be a vaild option.
