HOSTS Anti-Adware_PUPs.exe

Umm I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing. Anyway, here goes. Today I found a HOSTS Anti-Adware_PUPs.exe appearing. I used CCleaner and noticed it is set to run at startup. I have since disabled it. My question is: how did it get in my computer? I have Malwarebytes and Avast! Premier runnng. Did scans with both and nothing was detected. Decided to run Spybot and nothing was detected too. I've been told by Avast that I shouldn't be running all 3 as I have provided a loophole for undesirable bugs to enter. What do I do now? I'm totally confused. How do I remove HOSTS Anti-adware_PUPs.exe since there is no uninstall. I found 2 files: HOSTS_Anti-Adware and HOSTS_Anti-Adware_main in Program Files (x86). Thanks.

No,I'm not asking if you have an adware cleaner.
I'm asking if you have or had previously had adwcleaner by Xplode installed.It's a program.
