Hosts File Adding

Since 1.5, you can just use the Immunization feature, it has a Windows / Global (Hosts) entry at the very bottom of its list of immunization locations.
The other way would be to use the Mode menu to switch to advanced mode, and find the Hosts File tool in the Tools section.

Hi,
I would like to add two entries to the Host File.
I tried to do it with notepad but my system would not allow it. It created a new file in:
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
which was:
Hosts.txt
I don't see how to add specific entries using the two methods suggested by PepiMK
