How Best To Go From 1.4 to 1.5?

Hi,
I have version 1.4 and would like to know the best/cleanest way to upgrade to version 1.5 of SBS&D.
Use Add/Remove only and also the registry cleaner tool? And manually remove leftover folders? Or does 1.5 do all that for me when it installs?
