How can I move my Spybot Professional/Anti-Beacon to a new laptop ?

Hi All, hoping someone can assist as I am doing this imminently.

Main objectives are :-

Move licence seamlessly to new laptop
Keep Spybot on old laptop but free version
Back up/restore any custom configurations
Make sure both laptops are protected at all times

Any articles or personal experience very welcome.
