How do I disable Scanning of Documents

Everytime I open a file for exel or anything else spybot scans it. How can i turn that feature off?

I do not remember where the link was to disable it, but I am sure you can bypass this.

Right click the Excel file>Open with>Microsoft Excel (or which ever program you use). I suggest you tick "Always use this program for this kind of file.", so it works everytime.
 
Hello,

To disable the single files scan please open the registry editor by:
(a)
press windowskey + r then enter "regedit" (without quotation marks)
or
(b)
click on "start" , then "run" and enter "regedit" (without quotation marks)

(a+b)
and then browse to the following path.

Please delete the following registry keys:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\sdfiles
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\sdfiles
