How do I remove this DataMngr

Hi I ran a scan and found several threats. Nearly all were removed but I cannot remove one under delta toolbar:

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-2504187048-450917338-1780602940-1001\Software\

Please help

Thanks for your response. Firsty I followed the instruction on your link and tried to run it as an administrator. This didn't work because I have just updated from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 and I got an error message saying the version I was running wasn't compatible. It suggested a patch to download and when I went to download that, it was suggested to just install the latest version of SB S+D...so I did. I uninstalled the old version and installed version 2.2. Now it doesn't work at all and I get a message saying runtime error 217 at 304BED64.

Please help
