How do I run as administrator

I have version 1.6.2.64 and cannot run Spybot as an administrator and bots are still in my registry. I get nothing if I right click on Search and Destroy.

Run as Administrator should be there.Could you give some details,like if you're in desktop mode when rightclicking,what kind of account you have,etc.?
Or a screenshot of you rightclicking the Spybot icon would be lovely,along with the above info:
