How do I uninstall the Sbybot 1.4

Hi there!

Sorry for the intrusion, I am new to this, not sure what I am doing.

I need to uninstall the Sbybot 1.4 as it is conflicting with the Norton Internet Security.

I have tried the usuall way, but no luck. Can you help!
