How do you install spybot to a dive other than C:

Hi there. I have a machine that needs sorting that will not connect to the internet due to a virus and consequently can install spybot on the infected machine but can't update. As you can gather I need to install it to usb then update it on a machine that can connect to the internet then update it on the version installed on the usb stick, then get it to check drive c: of the infected machine. Any help much appreciated. Ta

I've never tried this myself,so I probably can't help step-by-step as you go(unless I find my usb flash drive,it's around here somewhere.),but you could try portable apps.
