How long does it usually take to get a response on the Malware removal forum?

I've gone from annoyed at my computer to not being able to use it. I loaded Spybot and followed the directions for Hijacker. I created a log and posted it and there haven't been any responses. Meanwhile, everytime I boot my PC Spybot starts a scan which takes over two hours. It finds the same three or four ad ware and trojans, which I click Fix on and then my computer runs so slowly that it is not useable at all. I don't think it is Spybot per se, but I have no idea what's going on...fortunately, I have a couple of laptops and two other desktops, so I can get to the internet, but I can't use anything I need for my business. If I have an idea how long it will be before someone is able to give me some advice and steps to take, I'd feel better.

It's a personal computer at home.

I own a construction company, so all of my spreadsheets for estimates are on this pc. I have read everything you sent me and am a little more clear on the process. I will subscribe and I'm sorry for the extra work you're having to do. Thanks for your patience...merge and delete away.
