How to completely uninstall Spybot?

I tried the included uninstaller with Spybot but it doesn't seem to work too well. The folder remains and I also get a popup telling me to reinstall it after a Windows 10 upgrade. Is there a tool that removes Spybot completely or do I have to manually disable the popup? Hopefully a better uninstaller will be provided for other users in the future.

Have you tried the following,

"If you are using Windows 10, and have upgraded to Spybot 2.5 already, you can delete the file "Post Windows 10 Spybot-install".

Please also delete the folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\AV\Spybot - Search and Destroy

These will not reappear unless Spybot is reinstalled. They will be deleted automatically after several reboots"
