How to delete a browser entry?

The last few weeks when I run Spybot a problem called Win.32PornPopUp appears. I run the fix and destroy button, but the problem re-appears each time I run Spybot. How do I rid myself of this problem?
 
Could you:
  • Open SpyBot.
  • Check for problems.
  • When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
  • Paste (Ctrl+V) those results here.
