I can't use the new spybot 1.5 installer because it has to do download some of the install files off the internet and I have no internet connection on my home computer. I can only surf at the library and can't install spybot there either because the install program tells me that I have to be logged in as administrator to install. Is there a version of the install program that doesn't need to download any files?
