how to Remove all files in Ignore products ??

This is unbelievable and scary,

There are hundreds of files in my ignore products, which consist of terrifying keyloggers, trojans, malwares, hijackers,...etc...etc.

I have no ideas there are so many on my hardware, can you please advise me How to remove permanently all these files ??

I've tried to use secure shredder but don't know how to import lists from the ignore products,
what should I do to remove them once for all...?

I've read your post but I'm sorry because I still don't know what to do, I'm not familiar with computer so I can't use hijackthis.....

The Items on the ignore products page in SpyBot is not what is on your pc but what SpyBot looks for, do not place a check next to any or SpyBot will not look for them.. understand ?

Are there any problems other that that ? hijacks redirects, continious virus warning etc ??
