I have malicious spyware on my computer from antispyware shield and want to uninstall it but have been unable to do so. I have downloaded and installed Hijack.exe to the desktop, and have done a systems scan and saved a log file in note pad and copied all contents of log file. I have not used "analyze this" nor have I asked hijack this to "fix" anything yet. I do see the antispyware shield listed on the log but am not sure what to do next to uninstall this spyware. Can you help me with next steps?
