How to uninstall program that SB has quarantined

I have a program called ReimagePlue that I installed a couple days ago. When installed and ran the free version of SBSD it was flagged as a PU.RealimagePlus and I allowed it to be quarantined. Now I want to uninstall Re Image Plus from my system. Do I need to restore the quarantined file before I use control panel to uninstall the software?

It's difficult to say, really. I think the way I'd approach it myself is to uninstall the program, and as long as I didn't get any errors doing so, then I'd just leave what is in Spybot's quarantine in there, and not restore it.
