I am new to this

i think my computer has spyware on it. it has been acting very slow lately and has a lot of pop ups on mozilla lately even though i have mozillas popup blocker. i have searched my computer for any problems using avast, spybot search and destroy, and ad-aware. i don't know what to do it this is getting really really annoying. thank you so much
